Jamie [Darren] Bonnallie
Jamie has held roles at Director level across a number of Big Name Bussiness’s on landmark projects across London and the Southeast. Project Director on Battersea Power Station Phase One [ Skanska ]
Production Director on Projects including N01 Athlete’s Olympic Village Battersea Reach, Imperial Wharf, Dickens Yard, St Georges Wharf, Wandsworth Riverside, In Addition Jamie Played a key role in the delivery of the Eagle On City road for Mount Anvil, 190 Strand St Edwards.
Jamie Ran a complete Business unit for Buxton’s for 10 years specialising in Commercial projects Such as Sea Container House, Custon and Excise house in both London and Southend, Maidstone Council Head office / Call centre a number of Data Centres and trading Centres scattered across the City.
This has given an extremely detailed and diverse understanding of the construction industry, which has carried over to I-Kew along with a versatile supply chain.
Lee Fitzgerald Joined Jamie at the Helm of I-Kew having also held the position of Managing Director or Director for over 20 years
Lee Fitzgerald
Lee has worked at management level in the construction industry since 1988 and has held Director level positions for over 30 years. He has works on many high level projects in design, commercial and delivery positions. Having held Managing Director positions at his two previous companies Lee joined Jamie at I-Kew services in 2019.
Lee has delivered on some of the major developments in London and the home counties including Imperial Wharf / Chelsea Creek, Battersea Reach, St Georges Wharf, Vauxhall Tower, One Blackfriars, Jacobs Island, Benbow House, 190 The Strand, Beaufort Park for the Berkely Group The Eagle for Mount Anvil, The Hoxton in Shoreditch, Bankside Lofts for the Manhattan Loft Corporation, The Athletes Village, One Commercial road and Chiswick High Road for Redrow Homes. In addition to the residential schemes Lee has works on many commercial schemes including Wembley stadium fit outs to changing rooms, TV studios, restaurants, installation of CCTV for major events. Wembley Arena fit out to changing rooms, green rooms and toilets. Forte Hotels refurbishments to The Castle Hotel Windsor and The Westbury Hotel Mayfair.

• High specification fit-out to 5 luxury apartments in Acre House Covent garden, including 2 high-worth penthouse apartments

We have a team of dedicated tradesmen that will install the services inline with our co-ordinated
design and ensure they are installed neatly and to the end user’s aesthetic aspirations. We will also carry out the full commissioning and leave the systems fully functioning.
