Description / Project Specifics

The project was to convert an original heritage Bank of England Building into front of house for student accommodation including the demolition, structural alterations, roofing replacement and internal fit out to FF&E stage to provide gym, TV room, work / study areas, study booths, games rooms and kitchens.

Challenges Overcome / Positive Outcome

The existing building was poorly maintained and required extensive structural supporting and infilling. The site is located on the high street with limited access for deliveries.
