Description / Project Specifics
The project is an infill site onto an original residential garage block to construct 2 No semi detached 2 bedroom houses and a detached bungalow providing Part M4 (3) fully accessible accommodation. Houses built of traditional methods to high energy efficiency requirements.
Challenges Overcome / Positive Outcome
The site is located at the end of a small cul de sac with limited access. The site had contamination issues and required remediation prior to commencement of the new build. Resident liaison was critical to enable deliveries and limited disruption to the neighbours.
