Description / Project Specifics
This took three floors of commercial and retail space to create on large Paces and Regus work hub. The scheme included structural alterations to the existing building with floor infills, installation of new stair core, front of house café and full FF&E
Challenges Overcome / Positive Outcome
The works were undertaken in a completed mixed use block with residential units and retail units adjacent and in full occupation.
