Description / Project Specifics
This required the change of use of 56 apartments built for rental market into branded apart hotel rooms. This included the linking of the rooms to the hotel reception and specific branding of the rooms, changing fire strategy and upgrading finishes.
Challenges Overcome / Positive Outcome
The works required the connection of the apartments to be linked to the hotel core and facilities and a change of the fire strategy which required approval from both LFB and Building Control.
