Jamie Bonnallie

Director

I have worked at Director level for a number of the most recognisable businesses in the Construction industry, being directly involved in a significant quantity of the most familiar build projects in the Capital, Businesses such as Skanska on Battersea Power station phase one, taking the role of Project Director from the outset of Preconstruction to landing on site, inclusive of heading up the prefabrication elements so key to the success, Director of Delivery for Projects such as The Athletes Village N01 / Senate House / 190 Strand / Imperial Wharf / Battersea Reach / St Georges Wharf/ The Eagle/ Chelsea Creek/ Dickens Yard/ Customs & Excise House / Group 4 HQ/ Maidstone County Council HQ/ Sea Containers House and Canary Wharf Riverside Apartment Scheme.

25 Years in the Construction industry has allowed the growth of a supply chain that can now be utilised in the Current expansion of I Kew demonstrating reliability and Value.

Lee Fitzgerald

Managing Director

I have worked in the construction industry for over 35 years with over 30 years’ experience in senior management at Director levels. I have held a Managing Director position for over 15 years. I have a vast experience within the high end residential and commercial fit out sector and in particular the Mechanical and Electrical systems. I have been engaged as consultant by a number of household home builders to develop their products and delivery systems and I have successfully delivered the services installations on over 12,000 new build high end apartments within London. I have worked on high profile schemes such as Wembley Stadium, Wembley Arena, Olympic Village, Imperial Wharf, 190 The Strand, Vauxhall tower, Battersea Reach, Beaufort Park, Marathon house, Bankside Lofts and Battersea Power Station.

Hendrik Thessner

Financial Director

Hendrik has been associated with I-Kew since 2017 and has acted as Financial Director since 2019. His education and 18 years of experience within the Construction Industry make him a perfect fit for his current position within our Company. He is not only a proven accounting expert, but also knows the financial market well from his years of experience in that field.

As Financial Director, he manages the company’s finances and coordinates financial reporting. He is also responsible for overseeing internal controls, engaging with investors and establishing a financial strategy for the profitable long-term growth of the business.

He is married and reside within the county of West Sussex.

Mark Liddle

Construction Director

A construction leader with a wide range of experience in the construction industry Including the commercial and residential sector.

Proven leadership skills involving developing and motivating project teams to achieve Goals and Objectives.

A forte for problem solving whilst dedicated to delivering the highest of standards on prestigious Development’s across the Capitol.

My Construction Skillset has been honed on projects with value’s ranging £ 2 million to £ 50 million with both Diversity and Innovation.

Roles which have spread across Schemes that are concept to completion or Fit out of existing structure, I enjoy working with professional Partners such as Architects and Structural engineers or part of a Design and Build Team both.
