Description / Project Specifics
Fit out of resident’s communal use spaces following shell and core. The works involves taking under design and build the fit out inclusive of FF&E lower ground floor areas of a residential tower block and provide a TV lounge, social kitchen area, residents gym and meeting rooms to a Cat B standard for hire as work hot desks.
Challenges Overcome / Positive Outcome
The building was being handed over by the main contractor during the fit out works and our works had to be coordinated around them finishing late.
