Description / Project Specifics
The new built was left at shell and core stage over 5 floors. We undertook the development from shell and core to completion ready for occupation including provision of all FF&E. The scheme included the structural alterations and infill of a double space mezzanine and adaptions of lift shafts.
Challenges Overcome / Positive Outcome
The project for the hotel was the first Ibis hotel under the Plaza branding in the UK and had a large degree of design development as the works progressed as a result of development of the brand from European standards to UK standards.
