Description / Project Specifics
The project is an infill site onto an original residential garage block located between two existing blocks of apartments. The build is a piled foundation with concrete frame structure, masonry façade and flat roof. Build includes amenity spaces and passenger lift. All constructed to comply with Part M4(2) building regulation standards
Challenges Overcome / Positive Outcome
The site is situated in a very tight space requiring detailed logistical planning. The site also has trees with preservation orders that need to be protected during the works. Community liaison is provided with bi monthly meetings with the residents association.
